This site is directed at Saudia Arabia resident customers only and goods can only be shipped within the Saudia Arabia. We reserve the right to refuse to supply our products to you without reason.

(referred to as “we/our/us”) in Saudi Arabia.As a user (referred to as “you/your/Customer”) of the website you must read and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by its Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before using the online service. If you do not agree (or cannot comply with) any of the Terms and Conditions, do not use the online service of Babyliss.

GENERAL

The following terms and conditions apply to all purchases made on the babyliss.sa web site. Please read them carefully, you may wish to print a copy for future reference. Use of this website by you, and purchase of any goods from us, is conditional upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions.These terms and conditions may be changed at any time without the need to let you know. It is therefore your responsibility to check periodically for any changes. Use of our website means you have accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Website Terms in their entirety, you MUST NOT use this website.No other terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of our goods.

Order cancelation

Cancelation by babyliss reserves the right to cancel the order due to any of the following reason:

  • Payment rejection.
  • Orders placed during prices changes, or orders placed on products with wrong prices changes.
  • Orders placed during stock changes.
  • Order didn’t met any of our e-shopping site terms & conditions.
  • Wrong delivery address given by customer or wrong contact details or due to customer is not reachable.
Cancelation by customer: To process cancelation of an order, please contact us. You can cancel the order due to any of the following reason:
  • The product/service(s) are not yet shipped to you. In case of cancelation after the order has been shipped to you, cancelation fees will apply. We have the full right to demonstrate whether an order has been shipped to you by the time of your cancelation request.
  • We are unable to procure / deliver the product/service(s) in a reasonable time; that is (15) working days from the date we confirmed your order.

Returns, Exchange, Refund

In case you want to exchange or return our product(s), or if your received a defected product, within only (7) days from that date of receiving your order, you can request a “Return Material Pre-Authorization” to return the product(s) to Babyliss
Exclusions:

  •  Due to hygienic reasons Health & Beauty products are not subject to any return, replacement or refund, unless found defective within (7) days.
    To accept your return request:
  • Product must be in its original packing with full set of accessories and manuals included. We do not accept return of products which have scratches, are damaged as a result of misuse, or malfunction due to wrong voltage connection. Any return, exchange or refund process might take up to 15 working days and at our sole discretion, we may consider returns that do not satisfy the above criteria.
  • You must submit the original invoice issued by the same store.
  • The product must be in its original packing accompanied with all accessories and manuals (the return or replace of the product if it’s in its original condition including cardboard and internal packing and instructions booklet and accessories).
  • Cannot return or replace all personal care products, unless in the original packing (closed and unused).

Amendment of the Terms and Condition

babyliss.sa may at any time modify the Terms and Conditions of the Website without any prior notification to you. You can access the latest version of the Terms and Conditions at any given time on our website. In the event the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified Terms & Conditions of Use of this site.
